Shipping Policy

Our processing times are 3-5 business days, due to our products being made to order. If you need your order before a certain date, please email us at info@amaryahenna.com prior to placing your order, to ensure that we can ship it out on time. We also offer local pickup for those in the metro Atlanta area, which may be a faster option for some. Please do your due diligence, and plan ahead when ordering. 

Simply leaving a need by date at checkout does not guarantee that your order will be delivered by said date. In addition, expedited shipping is also available. Overnight or same day processing will incur a rush fee and will need to be discussed. Keep in mind that we do not offer overnight express shipping, unless you request and pay additional fees for it.

Once we have shipped your package, we leave it to the postal company (usually USPS) to deliver packages. Occasionally they may have delays with their services. This is completely out of our hands and is not something we can control by any means. Please keep all of this in mind, and order in advance so that potential delays may not affect you receiving your order on time.

You may track your package through the USPS website using your tracking number, or through your order confirmation on our website. If you have further concerns about your package, please email info@amaryahenna.com with your name and order details. 

 We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect or incomplete. Please ensure that the delivery address you provide on the website is correct. If the package is returned to us you will be required to pay for your order to be shipped again to the correct address. No refunds will be provided in this case.  

Amarya Henna is not responsible for lost, stolen or rerouted packages. If this is the case for you, please file a claim with USPS prior to contacting us.
