Return & Refund Policy

Order cancellations will be granted ONLY if requested within 24 hours of placing the order, with the exception of rush orders and orders that we have already begun working on. After 24 hours have passed, all sales are final.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns on our handmade products. Handmade products are specified in each listing description. These include but are not limited to our henna and jagua cones, bulk paste, bundles, sprays, oils, etc.
We will only offer refunds on handmade products in certain circumstances, such as in the unlikely event our henna doesn’t stain at all, or order issues in which we are at fault. Refunds will NOT be offered for order issues brought to our attention after 10 days of package delivery. Please let us know ASAP if you have any issue with your order. 

We only accept returns on items that are not handmade (i.e. henna or jagua powder, acrylic practice hands, glitter packs, cellophane, starter kits, etc). They also must not be used. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for return shipping. The buyer must ship the order within 30 days of requesting the return. Once the item is in our possession, and is inspected to confirm that it has not been used, then the refund will be processed. 

If you receive your package and a mistake has been made on our part, you must notify us within 10 days of package delivery so that we can promptly correct the situation.
